It just means that you are willing to be there for someone who needs you emotionally, spiritually, and with encouragement and advice as needed. Recognition or even rewards for certain achievements that were previously overlooked could shine down on you this week. This will bring you the validation you have hoped for over a long period of time. Soak it all in and allow it to inspire you and motivate you. Someone's awkward approach this week could be more meaningful than you can see at first glance. They may be seeking your approval or support because it would mean the world to them.
