Love and romance can be tricky for an Aries person, whether male or female. You feel so deeply, but you are capable of keeping your emotions under control and hiding those deep feelings for fear of being considered weak or vulnerable. So even though you love passionately, your tough exterior sometimes belies the warmth that is always in your heart. Whether attached or not, the last year may have been a bit rough on you.
